I don't know about you, but for me 2011 flew by. Yes, I have been really busy and real estate has been doing well. I am now helping people buy and sell real estate through out California. My clients value my ability to immerse myself into a market, study it, and provide them with expert advice.
Admittedly, with that success, a few other things have fallen behind…such as this website. So one of my intentions in 2012 is to keep this site up to date more regularly.
With that, you may also be considering your 2012 resolutions. I would like to offer the following simple insight to help you with your journey:
Before you start listing your resolutions for 2012, spend some time to reflect on 2011. Reflecting on the past year is a great way to clear the path for the new year. Reflection allows us to let go of the restraints that can hold us back and build our strategies to move forward based on strengths associated with our accomplishments.
The benefit of the end-of-year review offer us is "lessons learned" from those situations that may not have turned out as we might had hoped and those that did. Something is always working in our favor – we jsut need to discover what it is.
